WHY WE MUST BE CEOS

By default we are CEOs of our own lives but for us to have the influence of a CEO for our lives, we must assume the roles of a CEO in our lives on a daily basis

Being a CEO of your own life means taking the lead for your personal development. Just imagine being a CEO of the little things that you have to do on a daily basis. Like you’re the commander in chief of all your daily personal tasks. This means that you get to become the CEO of your thoughts and control what you think about and what you try to transmute to physical reality. Imagine you’re a company or a business organization. A business organization or a company needs a CEO who is there to oversee all activities and make crucial decisions of the organization. The CEO makes the key decisions to run an organization. A CEO approves of ideas and disapproves of them based on his wish for the organization. Those ideas that don’t serve the purpose of taking the organization to the next level are not taken in. An individual person’s life is just like an organization. One’s life is made up of daily decisions. The structure of our life assumes our daily decisions. Building a great life of our own demands that we make decisions that direct us to the direction of greatness. The small decisions we make on a daily basis are the building blocks of our lives. We may get ideas from friends and families on how we can build our own lives but it is our sole responsibility to take ideas that build the life you want and discard the ideas and thoughts that don’t propel us to the direction we want.
Our thoughts are the building blocks of our lives I repeat and therefore being the CEO of your thoughts and deciding which one to nurture and which not to nurture gives us the opportunity to have the life that we want. If you think you’re going to be on the top all the time and nature such thoughts, then inevitably you’re going to be at the top. So being at the top of my life means that I’m the CEO of my life and therefore my life will take the direction that I want. A CEO wants the best for for their organization and wants the organization to do better than any other organization and so should be your life. You want your life to be the best possible. For you to make it the best, you therefore have to have the capacity to decide what you want and pursue that irrespective of what anybody else may want.
Just before we become CEO of business organizations we need to be CEOs of our own life organization . That’s where we will surely learn to be a good business CEO. Your life is your own life and no competition with anyone else’s life. So why not rule over your life and direct the course that it takes?
The CEO mindset is meant to make us great rulers of our own lives and taking full responsibility of what we do with our lives.
